Full body workout with weights

You just need some dumbbells and your body for this workout, there are five exercises which give you a full body workout in around 25 minutes!


The exercises are:

  • Lay down push up to alternating toe reach

  • Romanian deadlift (RDL) to bent over row

  • Bear hover with weight pull through

  • Alternating lateral lunge with curl (hammer or bicep)

  • Reverse lunge with single arm press


Approx 10 reps of each exercise, the last one being 10 reps each side. 4-5 rounds. In this follow along video I complete 5 rounds.
