Full body workout with weights

You just need some dumbbells and your body for this workout, there are five exercises which give you a full body workout in around 25 minutes!
The exercises are:
Lay down push up to alternating toe reach
Romanian deadlift (RDL) to bent over row
Bear hover with weight pull through
Alternating lateral lunge with curl (hammer or bicep)
Reverse lunge with single arm press
Approx 10 reps of each exercise, the last one being 10 reps each side. 4-5 rounds. In this follow along video I complete 5 rounds.
