Hip mobility sequence

Here is a follow along mobility sequence that is great for your hips. So if you're feeling tight or restricted in your hips, pelvis or lower back areas then you should give this a go! It's also a great warm up or preparation for lower body workouts (will improve depth and ease of exercises like squats) and running or cycling.
