This workout is an interval workout, that focuses on working your core and your legs. Concentrate on engaging your core, breathing and getting a bit of a sweat on!
There are 5 exercises in this workout, and we work on an interval basis of 40s work, 15 seconds rest. 5 rounds and 30 seconds rest between rounds. The exercises are:
1. Frog plank
2. Reverse lunge with forward kick
3. Plank - with hands stepping out wide, to narrow and forward to back.
4. Squat with punch up
5. Inchworm forward and backwards
