Leg and subtle core strength workout

This workout focuses on leg strength with a bit of subtle core work added to the mix. It is an interval workout - 40 seconds work, 15 seconds rest. There are 6 exercises and 4 rounds, with 1 minute rest between rounds.

You will need some weights for this workout - one or two dumbbells, a kettlebell or other household objects!

The exercises are:

  1. Static lunge left - weight on left side

  2. Static lunge right - weight on right side

  3. Pulse squat with curl

  4. Marches

  5. Hinge and row left

  6. Hinge and row right
