Here is a great workout for your legs and your arms - working out on an interval basis. So you will do 30 seconds work, followed by 10 seconds rest. There are 6 exercises in this workout:
1. Forward lunge with row
2. Halo to squat
3. Frog squat jump to lift and overhead press
4. Reverse lunge to upright row
5. Lateral lunge with single arm shoulder press (right)
6. Lateral lunge with single arm shoulder press (left)
We do 5 rounds. And there is a 30 seconds rest between each round.
You will need a set of dumbbells for this workout.
