Less than 15 mins abs workout

This workout is a speedy session focussed on your abs. There are 6 exercises in this workout, and you do each for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest. In this video we do 3 rounds but you're welcome to do more if you've got the time and the will! The exercises are:

  1. Forearm plank push backs

  2. Lower ab leg lifts with leg extension

  3. Side plank with arm rotation (1st side)

  4. Side plank with arm rotation (2nd side)

  5. Sit up / crunch with alternating knee lift

  6. Plank walk outs with shoulder taps

Here is a quick demo video where I run through the exercises and some key technique points. You will need to watch this before you first do the workout (follow along video below the demo), and then I'm sure you will remember for subsequent sessions:
