Low impact bodyweight cardio workout

This workout is a low impact bodyweight cardio workout, perfect if you want to get your heart rate up but remove impact for your joints or pelvic floor, or to match your energy levels!


There are 6 exercises in this workout, performing each one for 45 seconds, with no rest between moves. Complete 4 rounds for a total of around 18 minutes. In the follow along video I don't take a rest, but if you need to then pause me or grab a rest on the go! But I would like you to minimise rest where you can to keep your heart rate up for the duration.


The exercises are:

  • Curtsy lunge to knee lift (1st side)

  • Curtsy lunge to knee lift (2nd side)

  • Inchworm with push up

  • Squat jack with floor touch

  • High knee pull down

  • Squat to forward lunge
