Low impact bodyweight interval workout - with a core focus

This is a short and snappy low impact workout, with a focus on your core. You just need your own bodyweight and an elevated surface such as a chair, sofa or bench.
There are 6 exercises in this workout and you do each exercise for 30 seconds (5 sec rest between), and complete 4 rounds. The exercises are:
Reach
Leaning knee drive (right)
Leaning knee drive (left)
Dips with alternating single leg lift
Elevated plank step ins
Reverse plank with single leg lifts
