Low impact bodyweight interval workout - with a core focus

This is a short and snappy low impact workout, with a focus on your core. You just need your own bodyweight and an elevated surface such as a chair, sofa or bench.


There are 6 exercises in this workout and you do each exercise for 30 seconds (5 sec rest between), and complete 4 rounds. The exercises are:

  1. Reach

  2. Leaning knee drive (right)

  3. Leaning knee drive (left)

  4. Dips with alternating single leg lift

  5. Elevated plank step ins

  6. Reverse plank with single leg lifts
