Lower body workout

Here is a workout for your lower body. It is shown using weights, but you could also do this one just with bodyweight. Feel free to adjust the rep ranges to suit you and / or complete more rounds to challenge your self. In the video I do three rounds.
The exercises are:
Squats (10 reps)
Reverse lunge to lateral lunge (10 reps ES)
Hip abduction (10 reps ES)
Narrow squat with calf raise (10 reps)
Split squat (10 reps ES)
Single leg bridge with leg lower (10 reps ES)
