Mocha smoothie

This is a good one to have if you need a bit of a boost before working out or when you get up! Caffeine is proven to increase stamina and reduces the perception of effort - so hopefully making it all feel easier!


Ingredients:

  • 50 ml any type of milk

  • 125 ml plain yoghurt

  • 1 shot of espresso

  • 2 tsp cacao or cocoa powder

  • 1 banana peeled and chopped

  • Sprinkle / pinch of cinnamon

  • A few ice cubes


Method:

Put everything in a blender and blitz until smooth
