Overnight oats are a great way to make sure you get a nutritious breakfast at the start of your day, and because you make them then night before, there is no need to do anything in the morning. You can even take them to work with you if you're back to commuting on a regular basis.
There are lots of different variations which you can try but this one is one of my favourites as has a decent amount of protein in it - approx 26g, and generally keeps me well fuelled in the mornings!

Ingredients:
50g rolled oats
120ml milk (any type)
2 heaped tbsp of greek yoghurt
Optional half scoop of vanilla protein powder
2 tsp chia seeds
large handful of blueberries
Method:
Just mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, container or jam jar - cover and store in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, can top with extra ingredients if you like or just eat as is!
