Raspberry chia smoothie

This is a great smoothie of breakfast or post workout - mix of protein, vitamin C, omega 3, fibre, antioxidants, calcium and magnesium, so really great for 'recovery'.


Ingredients:

  • 75g raspberries (I use frozen)

  • 150 ml milk of your choice

  • Half a banana

  • 100 ml low fat greek yoghurt (prob 2-3 large tbsp)

  • 1 tsp of honey

  • 1tbsp of chia seeds

  • Add ice if using fresh raspberries or if you fancy! It is much better chilled!

Method:

  • Blend well until smooth and enjoy!
