Staying home with the kids 10 min workout

Here is a short 10 minute workout the boys and I did together in the first week of lockdown. It is chaotic and a bit all over the shop, but a little funny all the same!


Your children might enjoy seeing them getting involved and maybe join in with us?


We just do 5 exercises, for 20 seconds each, rest between for 20 seconds and repeat the little circuit 3 times. Hope you enjoy it!
