This workout is a cardio and strength combo focusing on unilateral (one side) exercises. It's a fun one to do as well so grab some space, a set of weights and join me!
There are four exercises and you do each for 1 minute, escalating the number of reps each side. The exercises are:
1. Row (bent over)
2. Upright row
3. Clean and press
4. Reverse lunge
So you side hop from side to side, do one row each side, then 2, then 3, etc for the minute and then move on to the next exercise. Repeat 4 times! Enjoy!
