Strength & cardio full body workout

This workout combines strength and cardio exercises for a complete full body session. You need a set of dumbbells.

There are 5 pairs of exercises, each exercise you complete for 30 seconds, with 15 seconds rest in between, and complete each pair three times before moving on to the next. The exercises are as follows:

1a. Squat press

1b. Floor to overhead "snatch"

2a. Glute bridge

2b. Plank to squat

3a. Plank row

3b. Alternating side kicks

4a. Squat to forward lunge

4b. Jump squats (or up to toes)

5a. Chest press

5b. Push up to climbers with side step plank
