Modern life and pregnancy both contribute to tightness and reduced mobility within the thoracic back (the area of your back where your ribs are) and pain in the upper back and neck. So I've put together a few stretches and mobilisations to help.
Follow along and notice where you feel any tightness or restrictions, and whether there are differences between the two sides of your body. I'm more restricted on my right!
Hopefully you will find one or two of these that really help you - and add them in to your warm up / stretching routines and or when you've been sitting in front of a computer all day, breastfeeding or looking at your phone.
