Twist on a club sandwich!

Here is a calorie friendly, but satisfying twist on a club sandwich. Easy to make too!


Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1 small tortilla wrap

  • 1 small handful of grated mozzarella

  • 1 cooked chicken breast sliced into strips

  • 2-3 rashers of crispy cooked bacon chopped up

  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes chopped in half

  • Handful of salad leaves to top


Method:

  • Preheat grill to medium

  • Put the tortilla wrap on a baking tray and sprinkle the mozzarella over the top

  • Add the chicken, bacon and tomatoes

  • Grill for 2-3 mins

  • Season with salt and pepper, and top with the salad leaves
