Here is a calorie friendly, but satisfying twist on a club sandwich. Easy to make too!
Ingredients (serves 1):
1 small tortilla wrap
1 small handful of grated mozzarella
1 cooked chicken breast sliced into strips
2-3 rashers of crispy cooked bacon chopped up
4-5 cherry tomatoes chopped in half
Handful of salad leaves to top
Method:
Preheat grill to medium
Put the tortilla wrap on a baking tray and sprinkle the mozzarella over the top
Add the chicken, bacon and tomatoes
Grill for 2-3 mins
Season with salt and pepper, and top with the salad leaves
