Upper body workout

This workout is all about the upper body - namely primarily arms and shoulders, with some chest and back too. You need some dumbbells for this one.

There are 10 exercises in this workout, and we do each for 40 seconds with 15 seconds rest. In the follow along video I do 3 rounds.

The exercises are:

  1. Chest press

  2. Narrow grip chest press

  3. Chest fly

  4. Tricep extension

  5. Upright row

  6. Front raise

  7. Bicep curl

  8. Lateral raise

  9. Reverse fly

  10. Arnold press
