Here we have one of my favourite kind of workout for when I've not got a lot of time. Works all my muscles and gets my heart pumping too. You can do this with one weight (kettlebell or dumbbell or similar object!), or two DB if you need it to be heavier.
There are 8 exercises and you're going to do 10 reps of each. Repeat the circuit 3 or 4 times. More if you have time. But will be under 20 mins and you get a lot of bang for your buck!
And here is a follow along video for one set of each exercise. Follow with me if we're similar paced, but it's more important to work at your own pace so your technique is not compromised.
