10 reps resistance workout

This week we have a short but effective resistance workout. I use dumbbells but each exercise can be done with one weight or a kettlebell. There are 6 exercises, and you do 10 reps of each. And 3-4 rounds. This takes me about 10-15 mins. In brackets I've described how you would do this if you have just one weight:

1. Squats (hold close to chest throughout)

2. Squat clean (lift from front of thigh to chest and squat with close to chest)

3. Reverse lunge (hold close to chest)

4. Romanian Deadlift (hold in both hands)

5. RDL to upright row (hold in both hands overhand grip)

6. RDL to overhead press (hold in both hands overhand grip, change grip at chest height to supinated or round the base of your kettlebell)

Here is a video of me completing one set of each exercises - do follow along if you're the same kind of pace as me but I'd prefer it if you'd work at your own pace and focus on your technique.
