Bodyweight cardio workout

This workout is an interval based cardio workout using just your bodyweight! It does contain impact but there are options to reduce or remove impact if more appropriate to you.


There are 5 exercises, work intervals are 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest. We rest for 1 minute at the end of the round. I do 5 rounds in the video, but you can do as many as you choose or have time for. We go straight in so please warm up before hand and cool down / stretch post workout.


The exercises are:

  • Jack to forward hop

  • Side shuffle to floor touch skater

  • Plank jack to squat

  • Forward lunge - shuffle run - back lunge

  • Mountain climbers to forward lunge
